Sales Tax
Orders shipped within Maryland or picked up in our Baltimore store are subject to 6% sales tax. Gift certificates are tax-free.

Gift Certificates
doubledutch gift certificates make great gifts! They are available in any amount and will be emailed directly to that special (and lucky) someone.

Returns
We want you to be a happy doubledutch customer. If you are not totally satisfied with your order please let us know what we can do to make it right.

Our Return Policy:
We offer a full refund within 15 days of the date on your invoice.
After 15 days, store credit will be issued to you via email.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 30 DAYS. Sale items are also FINAL SALE.

We'll authorize your return and send you the mailing address you should send your item to.

All merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which you received it. Items must be unworn with the tags attached. Shoes must be returned unworn in their original undamaged box. We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with these conditions.

When your return is received we will either refund your credit card for the purchase price (for returns up to 15 days) or issue you a store credit via email (for returns up to 30 days). Please note, all sales are final after 30 days. Refunds may take two billing cycles to appear in your monthly credit card statement.

Exchanges
Size exchanges are FREE! Please email us at: orders@doubledutchboutique.com to verify that your size is in stock. No worries, we pay for the re-shipment of your replacement size.

Domestic Shipping
We offer FREE SHIPPING on domestic orders over $75!
For orders under $75, we offer a flat rate of $7.95 for standard delivery.
Not fast enough? We also offer 2-Day Air (2 business days) for $15.00 and Next Day Air
(1 business day) for $30.00.

In-Store Pickup
Live close by? At checkout, opt to pick-up your order in our Baltimore store and save on shipping. We will hold your order for 5 days, please bring your order confirmation with you when you pick up.

International Shipping
We offer FREE SHIPPING on international orders over $250!
Orders less than $250 ship for a flat rate of $25.
International orders ship via international carrier.
Please note, international orders are subject to customs, local taxes, duties and delays.

International orders can ONLY be processed via PayPal.

We love indie designers! We appreciate your work and review every designer submission we receive. Due to the amount of submissions we receive, unfortunately we are not able to reply to everyone individually at this time. If your line and price points are a good fit for doubledutch, we will contact you. Our Privacy Pledge

We are committed to protecting your privacy and your shopping security. We will never, ever supply your customer information to anyone. Your name and address are completely safe. Your trust is very important and we would never violate that trust in anyway. This is our pledge to you.

The personal information that you enter when you register with doubledutchboutique.com or when you order is used to bill and ship your order to you. We use the information you provide about yourself when placing a order only to complete the request. WE do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete the request. Your customer contact information may also be used for our newsletter and when there are questions regarding an order. Users may decline future mailings.
